Discovering yoga in her thirties, Emilie is passionate about using breath and movement to bring meaningful change to our modern lives. In a fast-paced world that fosters stress, she is dedicated to helping people understand the importance of slowing down and fully embracing the present moment.

 

Emilie offers tools to help individuals practice mindfulness, fostering relaxation, empowerment, strength, and positivity. She provides a range of yoga classes, from Vinyasa Flow to Yin Yoga, and day retreats, primarily serving Cobham and the surrounding areas.

Class Styles

Which class is right for you? 

Private classes can help refine your practice by preparing you for group classes, addressing challenging postures, improving your breathing, and providing tailored plans for injuries or ailments. Sessions can be scheduled to suit you and are available for individuals, semi-private, or small groups of up to four people.

Chair yoga allows you to perform yoga poses while seated or using a chair for balance. Chair-based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility, balance and mental well-being.

It may help people with certain health conditions, such as arthritis, to exercise without putting pressure on joints. 

Vinyasa Yoga is a moving yoga practice which links one asana, or pose, to the next through the breath. Vinyasa Yoga merges movement and stillness into a meditative practice.

This practice is accessible to beginners. 

Yin Yoga or Gentle Yoga for physcial & mental stress relief -  is meant to help promote balance within your body by working the deep connective tissues. Yin Yoga is a style of yoga in which poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Instead of focusing on building strength, Yin focuses on flexibility and relaxation by targeting deep connective tissue.
